Technical direction has to work for customers, developers and operations at the same time. I founded avecdo and helped build it into a SaaS service used by around 1,500 webshops. I have worked across architecture, backend systems, hosting and product decisions whose consequences extend beyond launch. That experience is relevant when specialists need room to make sound technical choices within clear customer and business priorities.
As avecdo's founder, I was responsible for turning an idea into a SaaS product used in daily business. That meant connecting customer needs, product capabilities, technical capacity and operations. At Modified Solutions, I led customer solution development and agreed priorities with developers and business stakeholders. My earlier CTO role at Mira Internet provided a strong foundation in hosting and business-critical services. I understand the consequences of technology decisions throughout a product's life, from the initial choice to ongoing operation.
I have led developers directly and through a business partner who managed daily operations. I have also worked with a Product Owner to set product priorities. That experience has taught me to provide clear direction while giving others room to make specialist decisions. I connect business needs with technical judgement and take responsibility when trade-offs require a decision. I welcome better ideas than my own and remain accessible when the team needs support or a clear answer.
I bring a strong understanding of architecture, backend systems, databases, APIs and integrations, along with the infrastructure that keeps services running. I use that knowledge to lead specialists and assess technical choices in their business context. I have also trained developers to use AI for analysis, task breakdown, implementation and review. I judge new tools by their practical contribution to the work, with engineering judgement, testing and accountability remaining firmly with the team.
